We offer a variety of classes that can be viewed in the link below.
Arrive Early
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Doors are locked promptly and late entry is not allowed.
Come Prepared
Make sure that you’re properly hydrated, and avoid eating a large meal before class. Wear comfortable clothing that works well with sweat. You’ll need a yoga mat and towel. It’s preferred that you bring your own, but we have some available at the studio for your use (small charge). Please bring a water bottle or purchase one in the studio to bring into class.
Let Us Know It's Your First Time
Let us know that it’s your first class so we can be sure to answer all of your questions, learn about any pre-existing health conditions or injuries, and help you feel welcome and comfortable.
Practice Good Etiquette
Quietly find an empty space in the classroom and place your mat behind one of the designated spots. Have fun, but refrain from speaking in the studio. Leave your cell phone with your belongings outside of the classroom to avoid interruption and distracting your fellow yogis. We also request that you remain quiet as you leave the class to allow others to enjoy their final resting posture (Savasana). Plan to stay in class for its entire duration, if you must leave, exit carefully and quietly.
